Going to Italy!

Italy!





I am going to visit Italy. I have wanted to go there for a long time and I am glad I finally get to go. Some of the things that I am going to be doing when I get there is: Go to the Vatican Museum, the colosseum and go on two tours. The vatican museum originated as a group of sculptures collected by Pope Julius II and were placed in the "Cortile Ottagono". The vatican museum is a complex of different pontificial museums and galleries. The colosseum was built about 1,920 yeares ago. It is considered an architectural and engineering wonder and remains a standing proof of the grandeur and cruelty of the Roman world. Today it is a challenge for the archaeologists and a scenario for events and shows. I am really excited about the Angels and Demons tour. Following the Path of Illumination, I will be solving puzzles and enigmas, discovering the Altars of Science and decodeing the secret messages hidden in Bernini sculptures and Galileo texts. On the Skip the Line: Florence Accademia and Uffizi Gallery Tour, I will be learing about the world on Michelangelo. After that I will be going to the Uffizi Gellery, where I will be able to admire the paintings of Botticelli, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raffaello, Giotto, Cimabue and Masaccio.
